After graduating college, I began my career in investment banking, structuring and raising loans in the hundreds of millions for corporate mergers and acquisitions. In 2023, a childhood friend introduced me to a challenge he faced in land investing: profitable deals were slipping away because of limited access to capital. We worked together to design funding structures that solved the problem, and from there Cone Capital was born.
Since then, Cone Capital has funded nearly 100 land deals totaling several million dollars in transaction value. My goal is not only to provide capital, but also to act as a trusted partner throughout the process, offering a second set of eyes during due diligence, guidance when needed, and a commitment to building long-term relationships that help your business grow.
A bit about me… I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and now live in downtown Chicago with my wife Sara, our newborn son Carter, and our 110-pound golden retriever. Outside of work, I’m a die-hard Bengals fan, a pickleball enthusiast, and an audiobook nerd.
